Sources allow you to track how you're acquiring new customers.

Here is the default list of sources your account will start with:

The New Customer report shows you a breakdown of new customers by source. This report also shows you which new customers in the system have jobs assigned and which do not, perfect for following up on new customers who do not have a job scheduled yet.
