GorillaDesk's 'Batch Price Increase' feature allows you to apply batch price adjustments to simplify the process of adjusting prices for multiple line items and taxes on invoices.

Note: This feature is only accessible on the V3 desktop and is available to Pro Plan users.

Line Item Global Override

Easily adjust line item rates by specifying either a percentage increase or a fixed amount increase.

In Settings, navigate to the Line Items tab. You'll find a '+ Line Item Global Override' button located in the top-right section.

On this page, you will see a list of all the line items along with their current rates.

In the 'Add Rate' column, you can enter either a percentage (%) or an amount that you want to add to the current rate

The new line item rate will be shown on the next column as you input the value in the Add Rate column.

Click the 'Apply' button to save the adjustment.

Note: This action will update the line item pricing in Settings > Line Items and override the line item value on invoices with DRAFT status. Please be aware that this action cannot be reversed.

Tax Global Override

Now you can adjust tax rates by specifying a percentage increase/decrease.

In Settings, navigate to the Taxes tab. You'll find a '+ Tax Global Override' button located in the top-right section.

On this page, you'll find a list of taxes along with their current rates. To update the rate of a specific tax, simply enter the new tax rate in the 'Change Rate' column.

Click the 'Apply' button to save the new rate.

Note: This action will update the tax rate in Settings > Taxes and override the line item value on invoices with DRAFT status. Please be aware that this action cannot be reversed.
