Earn a bonus when you refer people to GorillaDesk to others through the official GorillaDesk referral program.
When you refer a new customer, you'll receive a bonus based on the GorillaDesk plan your referral chooses. The customer you refer will also receive a free month of GorillaDesk.
Note: You can currently get your referral link via the desktop version V3. The mobile app version is in development and will be available soon.
To access the Referral Program page in the GorillaDesk app, simply navigate to the 'Help' dropdown in the header and click the ‘Referral Program’.
On the Referral Program page, you'll find your unique referral link to share with others. Your referrals must sign up through this link in order for you to earn a referral bonus.
You can either click the 'Copy Link' button or directly send your referral link to others via email by clicking the 'Share via Email' button.
Once your referral successfully signs up for an account in GorillaDesk using your referral link, they will be automatically added to your referrals tracker within the GorillaDesk app.
The status of referrals is tracked through four stages;
Applied - The number of referral bonuses you've earned
Active - The number of referrals that have activated a GorillaDesk plan
In Trial - The number of referrals who signed up for a free trial using your link
Expired - Accounts that did not sign up after the free trial expired or accounts that cancelled within their first two months.
On the same page, you can see the referral logs and the account's current status.
Referral Date refers to the date the referral signed up using your GorillaDesk's referral link
Activation Date refers to the date the referral subscribed to a GorillaDesk plan
Applied Date refers to the date when the bonus was applied. Bonuses are applied after your referral's second monthly subscription payment, or on the 60th day if they elected an annual plan.
Important notes:
Bonuses are based on the referral’s monthly plan.
In the case of annual plans, the value is divided across 12 months.
Bonuses are capped at $299 per referral and are applied after the successful payment of the second month.
For annual plans, the bonus is added after the second month or on the 60th day.
Any bonus earned after your second month will be applied to your next bill.
In the case where your referral upgrades or downgrades from their first to second month, the lower-tier plan will apply.
Accounts canceled before the second month's payment will be marked as expired referrals.
If your referral decides to cancel their trial and wishes to activate it later, they must use your referral link again to create a new trial account.
Bonus credits are not convertible to cash.
You can refer as many new users as you like; there is no cap on the number of new users you can refer and the number of bonuses you can earn.
Credits that have already been applied do not expire.
