Rescheduling an existing booking

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Select "Booking" from the menu on the left.

  3. Open the booking you would like to update.

    You can either click on the booking to open the details on the right side of your screen and click the "Reschedule" button,

    ...or in the list view you can click the "Manage" drop-down menu in list view and select "Reschedule."

  4. Select the new date and time.

  5. Click the "Save" button to save your changes.


Editing an existing booking

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Select "Booking" from the menu on the left.

  3. Open the booking you would like to update.

    You can either click on the booking to open the details on the right side of your screen and click the edit button (pencil icon),

    ...or in the list view you can click the "Manage" drop-down menu in list view and select "Edit."

  4. Both above options will open an "Edit Booking" page.

    You will have the option to update customer contact details, location, services, date, time, and custom text reminders. You can also check a box to send yourself a reminder via SMS, and one to notify the customer about the changes.

  5. Click the "Update Booking" button to save your changes.


Canceling an existing booking

  1. Log in to GoSite on your computer.

  2. Select "Booking" from the menu on the left.

  3. Open the booking you would like to update.

    You can either click on the booking to open the details on the right side of your screen and click the "Cancel" button,

    ...or in the list view you can click the "Manage" drop-down menu in list view and select "Cancel."

  4. Click the "Yes, Cancel Appointment" button to confirm the cancellation of your booking.
