CRM Task List in "Tasks"

This feature is included in goTom Publisher.

Role:

To use the CRM task list, the user must have the appropriate role enabled.

Where to find:

The CRM task list can be found in the workspace in the "Tasks" CRM Tasks section.

Functionality:

The CRM task list provides an overview of all tasks (activity type "Task") that have been directly assigned to an object (customer, lead/contact, campaign, deal group, publisher contract). The task list can be filtered according to your own requirements.

Specialties

The CRM tasks are managed as part of the activities, meaning that a task is an activity with type "Task".

Adding a new task

Click on the "Add task" button at the bottom left of the list to create a new task and then select the corresponding object on which the task should take place (customer, lead/contact, etc.).

Reminder email

An e-mail reminder can be set for a task. On the defined date, we send an email with a reminder to the creator of the task (goTom user).
