Roadmap is currently implemented as a native app within the Shopify ecosystem which you can include as a brand.
When the app is installed within you store, some features will automatically start working, while others use app blocks within Shopify which can be dragged into the desired locations in your theme.
The Roadmap onboarding team will review your theme as part of the kickoff process and make any relevant supporting changes to your code base so that your theme is compatible - this mainly means ensuring that your theme supports app blocks.
All Roadmap members need to be on Shopify 2.0 native, whoever if your store isn't, then we are able to provide upgrade options at a discounted rate as per your requirements.
All aspects of install, support, bug fixes and new feature deployments are handled by the Roadmap team.
Your only responsibly as a Roadmap member is to maximise your ROI for your business.
There is no requirement for any Roadmap clients to perform or have any additional resources to support the install of Roadmap - this is all done by the Roadmap team.
