Shopify POS currently does not support the ability to pre-calculate and charge duties and taxes at checkout in the same way that Shopify’s online store does for international orders.
Shopify’s Duties and Import Taxes feature is only available for online checkouts, and there's no built-in way to apply these to POS transactions.
However, Roadmap could potentially add this functionality to Shopify POS by developing a custom integration.
