When a customer leaves a product review on your store, Roadmap will verified the review by checking that the reviewer has previously purchased the product by checking the order history associated with their account.
If this product does not appear in their history, then the review will still appear (as along as it has been approved by admin), but it will not appear as verified on your store interface.
