Inspect
The complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) solution. This plan can be applied to a subset of your fleet, so you only pay for the vehicles that need it.
Example: If your fleet has 50 vehicles but only 10 require inspections, you can enroll just those 10.

Inspect & Maintain
Everything in Inspect+, plus a complete maintenance management solution. Please note that this plan requires your entire fleet to be enrolled — it cannot be applied to a subset of vehicles.
Example: If your fleet has 50 vehicles, all 50 must be included in this plan.

❗ Important: When you activate the Inspect+ and Advanced Maintenance plan, access to GPS Insight’s Maintenance Page will be replaced by Inspect+. Your vehicles will be automatically synced into the Inspect+ platform.

How to Access Inspect+ in the GPS Insight Portal
Once your account has been set up with an Inspect+ plan, here is how to get started:
Access is granted through User Admin. Your Master Administrator user will need to enable Inspect+ access for the appropriate users within User Admin.
Once access is granted, an Inspect+ icon will appear in the GPS Insight Portal navigation bar (left-hand side).
Click the icon to open and navigate to the Inspect+ page/platform — no separate login or external site required.
For mobile access, drivers should download the GPS Insight mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to complete inspections from the field.
💡 Tip! We recommend managing user permissions and access from within the GPS Insight platform to keep everything consistent.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
GPS Insight Alerts and Reports do not apply to inspection and maintenance data managed through Inspect+. Reporting and alerting for those workflows are available directly within the Inspect+ platform.
All inspection and maintenance data is stored within the Inspect+ platform.
Inspection templates and workflows will need to be configured during your initial setup.
Some advanced features require the corresponding upgrade to be active on your account.
Offline inspections are supported, but some functionality may be limited until connectivity is restored.
