You can use the App Switcher from the top bar of the Fleet Tracking Portal to easily access your Field Service Management or Driveri applications.
Note: If you do not have either the Field Service Management and/or Driveri solutions added to your account and you click on either option from the App Switcher, you are redirected to a landing page to learn more about the applicable solution add-on.
Using the App Switcher
How to use the App Switcher:
From the Portal, click the App Switcher button.
A drop-down menu appears.
Click the application you would like to use.
The selected application opens.
Note: We offer Single Sign On (SSO) for customers with the Driveri platform who would like users to be automatically signed in to the platform upon clicking the Driveri option from the App Switcher. To enable SSO for your account, please contact your Account Manager.
Managing Application Access β Driveri
For customers with the Driveri solution add-on who have enabled SSO, users with Admin permissions can easily and quickly view and manage user application access from the Admin page. Please visit one of the following articles depending on your account tier for additional information:
