How do I cancel?

You can cancel your subscription online any time. Cancelling your subscription any time during your current billing period will cancel auto-pay for your next billing period. Meaning if you purchased a subscription on May 25th and decided to cancel it on June 15th, your auto-billing for June 25th will be cancelled and sessions cannot be prorated.

Unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing period.

To cancel, first access your personal subscription management link. You can find this at the bottom of your welcome email or write in to info@gshypnosis.com and the customer success team will provide you with it.

Then click on "Manage Your Subscription."

You'll see the option to "Cancel this subscription" and see your confirmation on the next page.
