How many sessions do I need?
During your first session, your hypnotherapist will help you prioritize your goals further and establish a target amount of sessions to reach them. These target amounts vary by individual, even when it concerns the same topic.
Of course, some topics require more sessions than others, weight loss being one of them. If a client needs to lose 100lbs, that cannot be safely done in only one month worth of sessions and therefore three or four months (even perhaps an additional month or two) may be used for the various factors affecting the client and their need to lose weight, allowing for true and lasting change.
Once you’ve accomplished that goal, you can start working on the next goal that would make the most impact in your life. Your hypnotherapist will then follow the same process and establish a new target amount of sessions to reach that goal. Hypnotherapy is all about conditioning, just like going to the gym. While results are rapid, the longer you do it the longer it lasts and the more areas of your life are impacted.
