Gradual offers a mobile app to elevate your in-person & hybrid events and engage your attendees through several interactive and helpful features.

Attendee Engagement

Event attendees are encouraged to meet others with a dynamic list of attendees at their fingertips, complete with profile data, direct links to LinkedIn accounts, and messaging. They can bookmark and save attendees' profiles and add quick notes in others' accounts to remember conversation points.

Users can schedule 1:1 meetings with other attendees within the app through a simple scheduling tool that takes into account when there are breaks in the agenda or when talks are in session.

Meeting and message history is stored in the app and also available in the Gradual community for members to reference at any time.

Agenda

Showcase the full event schedule, over multiple days, with an attractive agenda display that allows members to glance and learn about the sessions, the speakers, and the location of each presentation or break.

Provide full descriptions, speaker spotlights, times, and location information with ease, as all data is transferred directly from your event dashboard into the mobile app experience.

My Schedule

Optimize attendance by allowing members to favorite or 'star' sessions they want to attend, and the app will construct a personalized agenda under 'my schedule' for members to reference and follow.

Speakers

Your speakers are featured within each agenda item and also given a designated space under the event in the app for attendees to learn more about them with headshots and full bios.

Pro Tip: Reorder the list of speakers in your dashboard so those top keynote speakers are front and center in the app.

Venue Map(s)

Provide attendees with venue maps at their fingertips. Attendees can see the maps and download them onto their mobile devices. Today, the maps aren't interactive, but you can upload one or several PDFs in this section for your attendees.

Albums

If you have any photos of the event, you can upload them to the event albums, and they will appear in the app for attendees to browse and download snapshots from the event.

Pro Tip: Because the app is available to attendees even after the event is over, you can promote app engagement by uploading event photos post-event for folks to download and save.

Notifications

You can send push notifications to all attendees in the app to inform them of room changes, spark interest in an upcoming session, or remind them to connect with others in networking meetings.
