Once you've chosen the service and package you'd like to order, there are two options for providing all the necessary information on our "Get Started" page:
1) Utilize our "Find by handle" feature, and our API services will handle everything for you. Simply input your public Instagram Handle and click "Find." This way, we collect your Instagram account link. If you're ordering likes, views, impressions, reach, or saves services, your previous 9 posts will appear, and you can choose one of them to direct the selected service.
2) If you prefer to input your account or post link manually, you can insert your link into the second text box. Visual tutorials on how to do this properly are available on the "Get Started" page. You can find the tutorial by scrolling down the page on your phone or on the right side of your laptop screen.
Please ensure that your account and post are set to Public, and that you've inserted the correct link:
For Followers and Instagram Stories service, please use your account link.
For Likes, Views, Impressions, Reach, Saves, and Shares services, please use your post link.
! Ordering a service for a private profile or using the wrong link will result in an automatic refund to your Graming Balance, which you can then use for all services on our website. Please note that balance refunds typically occur within 10-30 minutes.
