You must cancel at least 48 hours before arrival (by 4:00 p.m. local time, three days before arrival) to avoid charges. No-show charges apply to the payment method on file.

Cancellation and no-show rules

Cancellation and no-show rules at Grand Coastal Hotel:

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before arrival (by 4:00 p.m. local time, three days before arrival) to avoid penalties.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or No-Shows will be charged 100% of the total booking to the payment method on file. No-show charges will be processed automatically without additional notice.

  • Non-refundable rates require full payment at the time of booking and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

  • Group and corporate reservations are subject to the terms stated in their respective contracts or quotations.

  • Reservations are confirmed only with credit card authorization or a cash deposit. We do not hold rooms with nothing paid and nothing authorized until check-in.
