Grand Coastal Hotel is a strictly smoke-free establishment. Smoking is prohibited anywhere within the hotel compound, including but not limited to guest rooms, balconies, corridors, stairwells, and all public areas.

Smoke odor, excessive odors, or airborne contamination requiring specialized cleaning or ozone treatment constitute property damage.

If a guest room or any hotel area shows evidence of smoking, including smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts, burn marks, or tampered smoke detectors, a mandatory USD 500 deep-cleaning and restoration fee will be charged to the card on file.

Additional charges may apply for odor remediation, replacement of linens or furnishings, repairs, and any loss of room revenue caused by the room being removed from service.

Where a room must be removed from service due to smoking-related damage or odor remediation, the guest is responsible for any associated loss of room revenue in addition to cleaning and restoration costs.

Charges may be applied during or after the stay once the condition is identified and documented.
