Age and visitation rules

Age and visitation rules at Grand Coastal Hotel:

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to register and confirm accommodations.

  • Valid photo identification is required at check-in.

  • Guests under the legal drinking age will not be served alcohol under any circumstances.

  • Gatherings, parties, and loud disturbances are strictly prohibited at all times.

  • A gathering is defined as five or more unregistered visitors in a guest room.

  • Registered guests are fully responsible for the conduct and actions of all visitors and additional occupants, including any damages, policy violations, or fees incurred.

  • Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., non-registered visitors are not permitted on guest room floors.

  • Continued violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

  • Rooms deemed excessively dirty or damaged may incur additional cleaning or repair charges.

  • Grand Coastal Hotel reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay immediately, without refund, for violation of any hotel policy, illegal activity, disruptive behavior, or conduct deemed harmful to other guests, staff, or hotel property. In such cases, the guest must vacate the premises immediately upon request. Any remaining balance owed, including fees for damages or policy violations, will be charged to the card on file.
