Damage and liability
Damage and liability at Grand Coastal Hotel:
Guests are liable for any damage caused deliberately, negligently, or recklessly to guest rooms, hotel premises, or hotel property.
The hotel reserves the right to retain and charge the credit or debit card provided at registration for all repair, replacement, or cleaning costs.
Charges may be applied during or after the stay once identified and documented.
Covered charges include, without limitation, missing items, compensation to other guests, smoking-related cleaning and restoration fees, odor remediation, and replacement of linens, furniture, or soft furnishings.
Where a room must be removed from service due to damage or excessive cleaning requirements, the guest is responsible for any associated loss of room revenue in addition to repair or cleaning costs.
The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Guests are strongly encouraged to use the in-room electronic safes provided.
