All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Foreign guests must present a valid passport; domestic guests must present a valid national ID.
By providing a credit or debit card, the guest confirms they are the authorized cardholder and that the card corresponds with the presented identification.
The guest accepts full financial responsibility for all charges incurred during the stay, whether incurred by the cardholder or any accompanying guests.
The guest agrees not to dispute any valid charges authorized under these hotel policies. The guest waives the right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for charges incurred in accordance with these policies and agrees that any such disputes shall be resolved directly with hotel management.
A mandatory USD 50 per night security deposit will be authorized on the guest's card to cover incidental charges. This is a temporary hold and will be released after check-out, subject to room inspection.
In the event of a billing concern, guests are encouraged to contact hotel management directly for resolution before contacting their bank.
The guest authorizes Grand Coastal Hotel to charge the card on file for any applicable fees, damages, cleaning, or policy violations identified during or after the stay, including after check-out, provided such charges are documented.
All stated fees represent minimum charges and do not limit the hotel's right to recover additional costs where actual damages exceed the indicated amount.
By signing the registration card or completing online or digital check-in, the guest confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all hotel policies, including the smoke-free policy and associated fees.
