How do I use the in-room TV, safe, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning?

Guest guide to room technology — streaming, safe, internet, and climate control.

Grand Coastal Hotel rooms include Samsung smart TVs, in-room safes, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.

Wi-Fi

Free wired and wireless internet is available in all guest rooms. Connect to the hotel Wi-Fi network using the credentials provided at check-in or on the in-room information card.

Television and streaming

  • Use the TV remote to power on the Samsung television.

  • Live channels are available through the in-room eNet box (HDMI 1).

  • Streaming apps are available through the in-room Apple TV (HDMI 1).

  • If the Apple TV remote will not pair, contact the Front Desk for assistance.

In-room safe

A safe is located in your room closet. Set your own code to store valuables. If you forget your code or the safe will not open, contact the Front Desk — do not force the safe.

Air conditioning

Adjust temperature using the bedside remote or the wall unit. In Sensibo-equipped rooms, use the physical controls only. Contact the Front Desk if the unit is not cooling.
