Fin cannot look up reservations in our booking system. Once you share a usable locator — guest name and stay dates, or a confirmation number — Guest Support will be assigned to verify the stay.

What happens after you share details
Guest name plus check-in/check-out dates are enough to route the request to Guest Support. Room type, payment reference, and confirmation number help when available, but are not required before handoff. Fin cannot confirm the booking and should not ask you to approve another handoff after receiving usable details.

Deposit or payment reference, if you have one
Confirmation number, if you already have it
If you were on hold by phone
If the Front Desk could not locate your booking on the phone, share the same details in chat. A Guest Support teammate will check the reservation system and send your confirmation number when found.
