Yes. To confirm and hold a room at Grand Coastal Hotel, we require a credit card authorization or a cash deposit before arrival. We do not hold rooms with nothing paid and nothing authorized until check-in.

A cash deposit received before arrival, arranged with the Front Desk.
Why
Without a guarantee, a no-show leaves the hotel with a held room and nothing to charge. Cancellation and no-show charges apply to the payment method on file. If there is no card or deposit, we cannot take that risk.
Can I still pay cash at check-in?
Yes for settling the stay. USD or GYD cash is accepted at the hotel. Cash at check-in for the balance is fine only after the reservation is already guaranteed by card authorization or a prior cash deposit. Placing a booking with no payment and no card until arrival is not allowed.
