Why is this form necessary?

When a guest makes a reservation under a different name other than the credit card provided, we require a form to be completed before their arrival.

We must validate the cardholder's identity to ensure a secure payment and reservation process. By completing the form, we can process the payment and finalize the reservation for the arrival guest's cardholder.

What information is required?

In addition to the guest information, the form requires the cardholder's billing information, credit card information, identification, and a digital signature.

To ensure a smooth reservation process, the completed and signed Credit Card Authorization Form must reach us before your guest arrives.

What happens if I don't want to complete this form?

We can only process the payment and check in your guest with this form. If not, guests can only enter the room if they pay directly.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in quickly submitting the form so that we can provide you with outstanding service to our valued guests.

Online Travel Agencies (Expedia, Booking.com)

This form is unnecessary if you select the option to pay through the agency. However, if you choose to pay us directly and the card name differs from the reservation name, you must complete the form.
