How does the credit card authorization form work?

When a third-party credit card is used and how to complete authorization.

If the reservation name differs from the credit card holder, a credit card authorization form is required before check-in.

Why is the form required?

When a guest books under a different name than the cardholder, we require written authorization to protect against fraud.

Contact the Front Desk at (592) 220 1091 or frontdesk@grandcoastal.com for the form.

Card guarantee for the reservation

A valid card authorization is one way to hold a room. Rooms are not held with no guarantee until check-in. The alternative is a cash deposit arranged with the Front Desk before arrival.
