Holding a room vs paying the bill
Payment methods describe how you may settle charges. To confirm and hold a reservation, we still need a guarantee before arrival — credit card authorization or a cash deposit. We cannot hold a room with nothing paid and nothing authorized against a no-show.
Card authorization (card on file / guarantee) — preferred for most bookings.
Cash deposit received before arrival, arranged with the Front Desk.
Cash or card may still be used at check-in to settle the stay after the room is already guaranteed.
