Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 48 hours and may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in the guest's bank account, depending on their bank.
All financial transactions are processed on business days between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST.
Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment. Credit card and wire-transfer payments will not be refunded in cash.
Cash refunds are issued only for cash payments and must be approved by a supervisor or manager at the Front Desk.
Group and corporate bookings are governed by the cancellation terms outlined in the applicable quotation or contract.
Changes to a reservation may result in rate adjustments or cancellation penalties.
Reservations not checked in by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival will be classified as a No-Show, unless prior arrangements have been made.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if a valid payment method, deposit, or authorization is not received.
