How do I get a refund?

To get a refund at Grand Coastal Hotel, cancel a refundable booking and allow 48 hours for processing, then 5–7 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Refund policy

Refund policy at Grand Coastal Hotel:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 48 hours and may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in the guest's bank account, depending on their bank.

  • All financial transactions are processed on business days between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original form of payment. Credit card and wire-transfer payments will not be refunded in cash.

  • Cash refunds are issued only for cash payments and must be approved by a supervisor or manager at the Front Desk.

  • Group and corporate bookings are governed by the cancellation terms outlined in the applicable quotation or contract.

  • Changes to a reservation may result in rate adjustments or cancellation penalties.

  • Reservations not checked in by 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival will be classified as a No-Show, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation if a valid payment method, deposit, or authorization is not received.
