Refund Policy

At our hotel, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your booking. In this case, we have a clear refund policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all parties involved.

Processing Time

If you must cancel a refundable booking, please remember that processing will take 48 hours. After this, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Just to let you know, some refunds may execute faster, depending on your bank's policies.

Business Days and Hours

All financial transactions, including refunds, will occur on business days between the hotel hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. If your cancellation request falls outside these hours, it will be processed on the next business day.

Refund Method

We understand that different guests may have other payment methods. So, we'll be able to refund your payment in the same manner it was made. This means credit card or wire-transfer bookings will not be refunded in cash. Only cash payments will be refunded in cash, and this can only be done at the Front Desk with approval from a supervisor or manager.

Group and Corporate Bookings

If you have made a group or corporate booking, please review your quotation or contract for the specific cancellation policies. These may differ from our standard refund policy.

Changes to Reservation

So that you know, any changes to your reservation may result in a change in the rate and require payment of cancellation fees. We recommend you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your booking.

No-Show Policy

If you have not checked in by 4 p.m. on your arrival and have not made prior arrangements, your room will be considered a "No-Show." Your reservation will be canceled, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by the Hotel

In some cases, the hotel may need to cancel your reservation. This can happen if we do not receive a pre-payment, deposit, or authorization hold on your credit card. If this happens, we will email you a cancellation confirmation immediately.
