Standard check-out time is 11:00 a.m., with a grace period extending until 12:00 p.m.

Late check-out is available between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., subject to a charge of 25% of the upcoming night’s room rate.

Check-outs after 4:00 p.m. will be charged 100% of the upcoming night's rate.

All late check-out requests are subject to room availability.

These policies will be uniformly applied across all booking channels, including Expedia, Booking.com, and the front desk.

In certain cases, management discretion may be exercised, particularly for oil and gas clients, to provide exceptions or flexibility.

All charges for early check-ins and late check-outs will be confirmed at the time of booking or request.
