  • Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

  • Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made at the Front Desk and are subject to availability and occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

  • To confirm and hold a reservation, the hotel requires credit card authorization or a cash deposit before arrival. Rooms are not held with nothing paid and nothing authorized until check-in.

  • Cash (USD or GYD) may be used to settle the stay at check-in only after the room is already guaranteed by card authorization or a prior cash deposit.
