Common Problems When Making Purchases

💳 Troubleshooting In-Game Purchases

For users who made a purchase via RuStore (VK Pay)


If your payment was made through RuStore, and you see:

  • ✅ Payment status: Successful

  • 💸 Funds have been deducted from your balance

  • 📃 Receipt shows “Completed / Successful”

…but the currency didn’t appear in-game — follow these steps:


✅ Step-by-Step Fix:

  1. Open the game launcher

  2. Go to the “Store” section

  3. Tap the “Check Transactions” button (top-right corner)

  4. In the pop-up window, click “Verify Top-Up”

This will force the game to recheck your payment and credit the currency if eligible.
