Contacting the grant

How to contact or receive messages from the grant regarding a submitted application.

Once you've submitted your application to a grant via Grant Compass, you will be able to receive and send messages directly to the grant administration.

This could, for example, be relevant if you have any questions about the processing time, payments or if you or the grant would like a document on the application to be replaced or elaborated.

Good to know ✅ It is only possible to contact the grant via Grant Compass from the time you have submitted the application and until they have finished processing your application (rejected or granted) and all payments have been made or documentation (e.g. grant reports) have been exchanged.

If your application is rejected, all communication between you and the grant will end automatically. Contact Grant Compass if you have any questions of how to get in touch with a grant administration regarding a submitted application.

Send a message

You can contact the grant via "Applications" in the left menu. This area holds a list of all of your submitted or commenced applications.

Click on a specific application on the list. Go to the tab "Messages" to create a new message to the grant regarding this specific application.

Once sent, the grant administration will be notified by mail that they have received a new message from an applicant.

Good to know ✅ It is not possible for applicants to attach any documents or files to a message. If you need to attach a new document to your application after submission, please contact the grant administration or Grant Compass.

Received messages

When a grant responds to your inquiry or writes to you with a question about your application, you will be notified by email. To view the content of the message you have to log in to your applicant profile in Grant Compass.

Click "Read the message", log in and go to "Applications" in the left menu. Look for the label "New message" on the list of your applications to find the relevant one.

Messages received from the grant administration can concern either general inquiries or questions regarding the content of your application or formal announcements specifically of whether your application have been granted or rejected.

You can access all types of messages via the tab "Messages" on the specific application.
