❶ Scan code to start charging
Find the code on the plate above the charger cable handle. Tap your phone, scan with your camera, or enter it manually to begin.
➋ Set limit and add payment
Review details, set a charge limit, and add a payment method. Once charging begins, you won’t be able to change the charging limit.
You will only be charged for the energy used and any unused amount is refunded.
➌ Plug in charger to your vehicle
Insert the plug into your vehicle. If you need an adapter, ask the station attendant. The charger will then attempt to connect to your vehicle. If it takes too long, unplug and plug in again.
➍ Monitor charging progress
Track progress in the app. You can stop at any time by pressing “Stop charging” or unplugging. After charging ends, you have a grace period before idle fees apply.
