Favorite Workouts Variation

If your split consists of favorite workouts, you can define how Gravl handles workout variation.

In your Fitness Plan, navigate to Favorite Workouts Variation and select one of the three options:

Variable Structure
The exercises and their order remain the same, but the number of sets, reps, and set types may vary based on your general workout settings.

Fixed Structure
The exercises, their order, and the number of sets remain the same, but reps and weights may vary to apply progressive overload.

Static
The workout is always generated exactly as you originally saved it.
