1. Navigate to your Student Demand stream and select your "Coursera Non-Degree Demand Dashboard".
2. The data within this dashboard comes from Coursera and shows cumulative course enrollments, the skills learners acquire, their providers, and the trends in those enrollments.
3. First, notice that only the 2-digit CIP code family is available. This is because Coursera does not use the standard CIP code taxonomy.
4. This means that when you look at the categories they offer, it may be challenging to identify specific courses of interest. To work around this, you can instead use the course title filter to search for the names of courses you'd like to see if people are learning.
5. For this example, type "Artificial Intelligence" and...
6. Select your "return" or "enter" button on your keyboard. This will select all the course titles involving Artificial Intelligence.
7. If we then use the table below, we can see which categories they belong to.
8. Click on Category
9. Now, instead of guessing program categories, we know that AI-related programs fall into the machine learning and software development space.
15. You can also view enrollment share by provider
16. and you can view cumulative and/or new enrollment trends.
17. Next, select the course enrollment tab in the top ribbon of your screen.
18. On this screen, you can view these enrollments by the skills taught within these courses as well as their categories.
19. Now select the Data Table
20. In this view, you can get an exportable report of thei page view and identify trends. I selected the following dimensions and metrics to create the following table.
21. To export this table, right-click anywhere within the table and select Download.
22. Lastly, another helpful view is the definitions tab.
23. When you open the Definitions tab, you can see all definitions relevant to this dashboard.
