Daily Production Summary Report

This is an automated email that will be sent to all executive users, providing a quick and easy way for you to stay updated on your company’s production performance.

What the Report Includes

The Daily Production Summary Report gives you a quick look at your main production numbers from the past week, including:

  • Top Performers:
    Displays the top five wells (or facilities) that showed the greatest increase in production over the past seven days compared to the previous seven-day period. This helps identify which assets are performing best and contributing to overall growth.

  • Worst Performers:
    Highlights the bottom five wells, showing which ones have decreased in production compared to the previous week, allowing you to quickly spot wells that may need attention.

    Also, below this tab, you will find a link that says ‘’Click here to see more details’’. If you click on this link, it will take you directly to Greasebook Performance Dashboard for more information.

  • Gas and NGL Performance:
    The same performance analysis applies to gas and NGL tanks (if applicable), so users get a complete view of production.

  • Alerts Summary:
    Lists any alerts triggered within the last 24 hours, helping teams act promptly on potential issues.

  • Pumper Checkup:
    Displays the last login or check-in for each pumper, making it easy to monitor field activity and ensure operations are running smoothly.

Customizing Your Report

Every user can control how and when they receive this report. To manage your preferences, log in to your account and go to Manage My Account → Alert Settings.

From there, you can:

  • Turn the report on or off. (This setting is per user, NOT per company.)

  • Choose what time the report is delivered each day.

  • Decide whether to receive it even if no new data is available.

  • Include or exclude sections such as performance tables, alerts, or the pumper checkup.

  • Switch between well level or facility level performance.

  • Select which products to include (oil, gas, water, and NGLs).

If you prefer not to receive this report, simply uncheck the box labeled “Send Daily Production Summary Report by Email.”

A Note on Data Availability

The performance section compares the most recent seven days to the previous seven-day period. If there are no production measurements over 14 days, that section will be blank. In that case, if your settings specify not to send reports without data, the email will be skipped automatically.

This new report helps executives stay updated and take action quickly. It sends daily updates with production trends, alerts, and pumper activity straight to your inbox, so you can make smart decisions faster and with confidence.
