How to create (and edit) Battery Facility Groups

This short article will show you how to break out Batteries into separate groupings

Battery Groups is a powerful feature which enables you to slice and dice your production into more manageable (and potentially more insightful) groups.

Some creative ways we've seen Operators break out their Facilities:

  • By Pumper Route

  • By State

  • By Acquisition

  • By Managing Superintendent

  • Larger Producers vs Smaller Producers

  • By Investor Group

The possibilities are endless!

That said, to Add a new Group of Facilities, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Select Settings from Left Navigation bar,

  2. Select Facility Groups from Top Navigation bar,

  3. Select Add Group,

  4. Name Group,

  5. Select which battery facilities you'd like to include in Group,

  6. Click Save and you're done! πŸ™Œ

There is neither a limit to the number of properties you can add to a Battery Facility Group nor to the number of Battery Facility Groups you create.

You can also Edit any existing Battery Facility Group by clicking on it, modifying the selected Batteries, and clicking Save.

Final note: not only will the production totals and averages of the Facility Groups be totaled up and graphed for you in Overview, but you'll also be able to create On Demand and Scheduled Reports from your Battery Groups!

You can even add Facility Groups by clicking the green '+' sign on the Global Overview page.
