Many times, production assets are either temporarily abandoned or not currently profitable. 🤔

And, while you don't want to eliminate the data stored against these assets, you don't want to be charged for them either.

That said, to Deactivate a Facility or Well is a snap. ✊🏽

To deactivate a Facility, simply:
(1) select Settings from the left hand bar
(2) select Facilities from the top bar
(3) then at far right side of screen simply unselect box beneath 'Enabled?' column

Now, to deactivate a Well (or Tank, Water Meter, or Injection Well, etc), we'll simply take it a step further:

(1) select Settings from the left hand bar
(2) select Facilities from the top bar
(3) select the Facility in which the production asset you'd like to deactivate lies
(4) select asset you'd like to deactivate within the Facility
(5) within pop up box, de-select box next to 'Enabled' and click Save

Remember, although your data will be secure, your Pumpers will not be able to store, review, or access the asset while it's deactivated.❌

Also, you'll no longer be able to run reports against the particular asset!❌

And just to be clear: you can re-activate the asset at anytime. 😎
