Adding a measurement in the Executive Website is a snap! 🤙

After selecting a specific Facility, simply locate the '+' sign beside the specific Comment, Facility Tank, Well, or Water Meter measurement to which you'd like to add a measurement. 💻

Then, simply click and add your entry! 💪🏻

Editing (or deleting) a measurement is just as easy... 🙌

At the far right of each row, you'll find an icon with three dots lined up vertically (this is known as an 'overflow menu'...) 

That said, simply click the overflow menu icon just beside the entry you'd like to adjust and make your change! 😊

Pro Tip: Users can enter multiple measurements per day! To view multiple entries, simply click the green hyperlinked data and a new window will show you all the entries for that day!

Special note: what if you're transcribing production reports for a few pumpers who have yet to get on the GreaseBook? 📝

While Executives have full control over all measurements stored in the GreaseBook, the website is not designed as a replacement for the Pumper App! 👀

That said, so that you can make quick work of any daily measurement duties or bulk entry, we still recommend downloading the Pumper App to your smartphone or tablet! 📲

Not only will it save you time, it'll also serve a constant reminder that there's no reason that any Pumper can't become a user of the GreaseBook 😉
