Greasebook has LACTs setup under the Tanks Section for convenience’s sake, so the pumpers can easily take a measurement as they are measuring tanks without having to jump to another section.

That said LACTs are also setup as if they were just another tank, and you have two options:

  1. Measurement.

  2. LACT Ticket.

So let’s dive in…

First within a lease that has a LACT, locate it under the Tanks’ section and tap on it. Note that this screen looks a lot like for any other tank.

Now to add a new Measurement do the following:

  • Tap the plus icon on the top right corner “+”.

  • Select “Measurement”.

  • The next menu works very similar to a Tank Measurement, you can see the last measurement date and value, the date for current measurement and a Meter Reading and Meter Sales fields.

  • Simply input the measurement value to the Meter Reading field.

  • The Meter Sales field auto populates with the difference between your last measurement and the current one, but it also allows to override it by entering a custom value if needed.

  • You can also use the Express Mode to average out measurements input between two dates!

  • Finally hit “Save” and you’re done.

Now to add a new LACT Ticket:

  • Tap the plus icon on the top right corner “+”.

  • Select “LACT Ticket”.

  • Again the next menu is very similar for a tank’s Run Ticket.

  • Add the Ticket Number.

  • Enter the Ending Meter Reading.

  • Enter Corrected Barrels.

  • Select the Transport Company.

  • Add the Ticket photo as normal.

  • Finally hit “Save” and you’re done.
