Greasebook makes producing both monthly and quarterly monitoring reports for your injector wells, both EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) and SWD (Salt Water Disposal) wells, quite simple...

And, to get the reports cranking, we first need to make sure everything is set up correctly โš™๏ธ

First, add the assigned UIC Permit Number to each injection well in the Greasebook.

Please note, the EPA also requires:

  • Well Name

  • Well County

  • Field

... so best to grab these, too! โœ…
โ€‹
To add these required fields, simply go to Settings (on the left side bar) > select Batteries (along top nav bar) > Select Battery > and finally, scroll down to Water Meters and select injection well and add in any missing information.

Next, to make sure our forms are complete, we want to make sure our Pumpers have the ability to capture two key items:
โ€‹
(1) Amount of liquid added to Annulus, and
(2) Specific Gravity

To add these fields, simply click on Reports (left nav bar) > State & Government (top nav bar) > select 'Run' at right side of report that reads EPA.

From here, you'll see along top of screen that you can add both your Specific Gravity and Liquid Added to Annulus:

Now, if you've already set these two fields up as You Call Its in the Greasebook, simply select which You Call It you'd like the report to select for Gravity and which you'd like to select for Liquid Added to Annulus then click Save.

If you haven't set up these two variables in the Greasebook yet, from the EPA report simply click Create New > name the You Call It in the space for 'Write field name' then select Create โ€“ now, both the Gravity and the Liquid Added to Annulus which your Pumpers need to track will be automatically applied to all your EORs and SWDs for you. ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ“

Finally (if all the thought of eliminating all that work isn't cool enough yet!), click on the 'Click here to register your signature' text and give us your John Hancock:

Upon filling out (and saving) your signature, it will now be applied to all your documents upon printing, which leaves you time for more important things like drinking coffeeโ˜•๏ธ, scheming the next big move in your operations๐Ÿ’ซ, or simply producing the heck out of those wells !!๐Ÿ›ข๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
โ€‹

Now all you need to do is download your reports and you're all set!
