There are several different roles & statuses you can assign to each GreaseBook User. ✅

Executive: has full run of the mill. Can review any Battery, run any report, and make any necessary edits.

​Guest: has access only to Batteries which Executive has granted permission. Can be limited to specific reports. Also, as not to disturb any measurements or data, can be granted Read-Only access.

Guest status is perfect for those Working Interest owners in which you share a close relationship and you'd like to grant more transparency but who aren't involved in every well and therefore shouldn't have visibility of your entire operation.

Note 1: when 'All reports' is not selected, Guest User will have access only to Abbr. Production Reports (both with and without Comments...)

Note 2: when 'Comments' is not selected, Guest User will not have access to Comments in either Website or in Abbr. Production Report.

Note 3: finally, for quick assignment of Batteries, please note we've added the ability to assign any Battery 'Groups' that have been set up in the GreaseBook 😉

​Pumper: has data entry status only to the Batteries which Executive has granted permission.

Note 1: Pumper can add and edit data either through mobile app or by signing in to website and adding measurements through PC or laptop! 💻

To change User Statuses or grant/revoke permissions, simply log into the GreaseBook website and select Settings (left side navigation bar) > Users (top navigation bar) > then click 'Edit' beside the User whose permissions you'd like to adjust!
