Through the Facility Groups tab, you're able to set up new Facility Groups as well as modify any existing Facility Groups:

Facility Groups are simply smaller 'groupings' or collections of Facilities.

For example, we've seen Operators organize their Facilities by:

  • High Flow vs Low Flow

  • County

  • State

  • Investor Group

  • Pumper Route

  • Field Supervisor Assignments

There's are dozens of ways to slice and dice your Facility Groups, and the best part is that any Facility can be assigned to multiple Groups.

And, by assigning Facilities into smaller (more manageable) Groups, this simply gives you a high-level view on how a specific Field, Pumper, Supervisor, or Investment is doing – pretty slick, eh?! 😎

To create a Facility Group, simply click the green button that reads 'Add Group' in the upper right hand corner:

Next, Name your Group > select which Facilities you'd like to assign to Group > then, simply click 'Save':

Finally, once you get you Facility Groups set up, they'll appear on your Overview tab on the Left Hand Navigation Bar through which you'll be able to see not only the high level performance of your Company as a whole, but also how each individual Group is performing, too. πŸ“ˆ

Next up: how to add a new Oil Purchaser, Water Hauler, or Service Company to your organization...πŸ‘‡
