First, select the Facility with which you'd like to work.

Next, tap the Tank to which you'd like to add a gauge:

Now, simply tap the big '+' button:

Then, touch 'Measurement' to add a new tank measurement.

Finally, to enter tank gauges simply picker the correct Feet | Inch | Quarter Inch and touch 'Save'.

If you're keeping up on your books each day, Date & time is auto-populated for you!

Or, if you're running a few days behind Date & time will auto-populate with 7AM the day AFTER you're last measurement. πŸ•–

Either way, Date & time can always be edited to reflect the correct time the gauge was made. 😎

Pro Tip: Do you have a Tank in which you only gauge a few times per week? If so, 'Express Mode' will make quick work of multiple tank gauge measurements.

With 'Express Mode', the app will either average out daily measurements over the set span of time OR if there's no movement, carry forward the same tank gauge up to the set Date.

To rapid fire tank measurements into the app, simply:

1. Turn Express Mode 'ON'

2. Enter Date up to which you'd like to add tank measurements

3. Adjust your gauge Feet | Inch | Quarter Inch and tap 'Save' – Greasebook will take care of the rest!🀠

Is that slick or what?! 😎

GreaseBook now allows you to enter multiple gauges on a single day! Now you can keep your books (and tanks) up to date! πŸ“Š

At this point, it's OK to admit you're gonna like us. 😘
