Greasebook allows you to assign assets to each Pumper on your team (aka a 'Route').

A Route is just another name for the assignment of Battery Facilities to a specific Pumper.

That said, sometimes a Pumper has a set Route. Other times, Pumpers need access to several routes.

If you need a quick refresher on setting up Pumpers simply click the button below. ⬇️

Here are some BEST PRACTICES when managing your Pumpers and their Routes.

  1. To maintain maximum transparency and accountability with your assets and your Pumpers in the field, each Route should be assigned to one Pumper.

  2. What if multiple Pumpers work the same Route? Simply create a new username for each Pumper and assign them an identical Route. That way, we can easily determine who's entering the data!

  • clarkkentroute1

  • flashgordanroute1

  • brucewayneroute2

  • clarkkentroute2

  • flashgordanroute2

Finally, to make quick work of our Route assignments, we advise you group each Route into it's own Facility Group (more on that here...)

And, once you have your Routes broken out into their designated Battery Facility Groups, we're able to make quick work of assigning a Route (in the form of a Facility Group) to each Pumper 🤯
