Entering Run Tickets on a dual product tanks is quick and easy.😘

For any dual product tank, (1) oil is tracked via the top gauge and (2) water is tracked using the bottom gauge. πŸ–€πŸ›’οΈπŸ’§

That said, to add our Run Ticket, we simply need to modify our opening and closing top gauge.

Oil Run Tickets

Because oil is tracked via our TOP gauges, when we enter an Oil Run Ticket all that's required is to adjust the TOP gauges.

To add a Run Ticket to a dual product tanks, simply:

  1. Select the Battery and Tank.

  2. Click the '+' button in the top right corner and select Run Ticket.

  3. Enter your date, ticket number and transport company from the dropdown menu.

  4. Your last gauge reading will show. And, if there's no adjustments necessary all you'll need to enter is the closing TOP gauge level.

  5. Modify the opening BOTTOM gauge only if needed – otherwise, the closing BOTTOM will automatically update! πŸ“πŸ˜‰

  6. Enter Corrected barrels stated on the ticket and any other information collected.

  7. Click Add Attachment 'Select a photo...', snap a picture or upload a photo from your photo roll and hit 'Save' in the top right corner.

Water Haul Tickets

Because water is tracked via our BOTTOM gauges, when we enter a Water Haul Ticket all that's required is to adjust the BOTTOM gauges.

  1. Select the Battery and Tank.

  2. Click the '+' button in the top right corner and select Water Haul Ticket.

  3. Enter your date, ticket number and transport company from the dropdown menu.

  4. Your last gauge reading will show.

  5. And, if there's no adjustments necessary all you'll need to enter is the closing BOTTOM gauge level. (Psst guess what... the closing TOP gauge will automatically update based on the height you drop water so you only need to enter one height change! 😌)

  6. Enter any other information collected.

  7. Click Add Attachment 'Select a photo...', snap a picture or upload a photo from your photo roll and hit 'Save' in the top right corner.

Capturing those tickets in the app is pretty sweet – and while we can't keep the outside of your truck clean, we CAN help you keep that 'office on wheels' awful tidy!! πŸ‘”πŸ“‘πŸ“²βœ¨
