GreaseBook's default mode is to allow the pumper to check their work and reference historical production when submitting production data.
That said, we understand that sometimes you need to get in-and get out without any hassle. 🏃
This is precisely why we developed 'Speed Mode'.😎🏎️
Speed Mode in the app allows pumpers to load all their measurement information from a single screen.
That said, watch out! 👀 👀 👀
🚩🚩🚩With Speed Mode turned on, your pumpers won't be displayed historical production to work from as a reference while entering their measurements. This may result in reduced pumper engagement with your assets while in the field. 🚩🚩🚩
Want to try it out? First we need to turn it on!
From the Executive site click Settings > Company and scroll down to the bottom and select 'Yes' to enable Speed Mode and hit Save' in the top right corner!
Now your Pumpers can access Speed Mode on their apps!
To use Speed Mode on your phone app, open a Battery Facility, click ‘Speed Mode’ in the bottom right corner and enter your data for the day!
Take a look at the steps below. ⏬
Open the Battery Facility you want to work out of.
In the bottom right corner select 'Speed Mode'.
A single input screen will appear.
From here you can view Overview & Comments and enter gauges and readings as necessary.
Click 'Save' to save your entries and you will see checks next to each item to confirm saved inputs. *If you're missing an entry point, you will be notified.*
Hit 'Save' once more to submit the entries to GreaseBook.
To go back to standard view, select 'Default Mode' in the bottom right corner to go back to the Lease page
OR
'Cancel' in the top right corner to go back to your main List of Facilities to enter your next Facility in 'Speed Mode'.
Speed Mode still allows for the customization of dragging, dropping and hiding variables just like you would before.
To reorder variables, hold down item for 2 seconds until 3 x horizontal lines appear. Drag and drop the variables to your desired position. Hold down items for 2 seconds to close out drag and drop.
To show and hide items, simply swipe left next to the variable you wish to hide. If you want to hide a section, tap next to the section title and the section will collapse. Want to show it again? Just click See All in the bottom left corner. 🐰 🎩
Want to view the item charts or previous measurements, just click the section title and it will jump you to that section!
Now Pumpers can enter your daily readings in one spot, in one go. 🏍️
