How can we make submitting your entries just a little easier? With Auto-Ticket reminders of course! 🚨 🎫
Most pumpers enter their Run Tickets and then put in their gauge for the day.
But sometimes those entries get submitted out of order, and then you have to go back into GreaseBook and update your times, or delete, or re-enter the gauges...🚩🚩🚩
Well not anymore!
If you put in a gauge lower than the previous entry, GreaseBook will automatically notify you by asking if you want to complete a Ticket or Transfer.
We don't want you losing a drop. 🛢️
To input an Auto-Ticket entry simply follow the below steps:
After you have entered your 'lower' measurement, a new line item will appear asking to add a Ticket. Your 'lower' measurement will appear red to let you know something isn't looking right...
Click the new line item that states 'Tap here to complete ticket'...
A new window will open asking for the type of ticket or transfer you want to create.
Chose your ticket type and complete the form as normal!
Once you have your ticket entered, you can move on with your day as per schedule! 🏃 🏃 🏃
As with any GreaseBook entries, you are able to modify and delete entries as needed to keep your books up to date and accurate at any given time!
