How to use the Greasebook for pumpers on any laptop or desktop computer

To access Direct Mode on your browser, click โ€˜Direct Modeโ€™ from the home screen or click Direct Mode on the black navigation bar to the left.

Direct Mode is simple to learn, and to help you learn the lay of the land ๐ŸŒพ here is a high-level overview of each component:

Use the following keyboard shortcuts to fly through each section or Battery ๐Ÿ”ฅ

shift + up arrow key to move to a previous battery

shift + down arrow key to move to the next battery

shift + left arrow key to move to the previous battery unit item (tank, well, etc.)

shift + right arrow key to move to the next battery unit item (tank, well, etc.)

or shift + enter to save and go to the next unit item such as the next tank or well

Now that we're familiar with the keypad strokes, take a look at the steps below to get started. โฌ

  1. On the left hand Battery tree, select the Battery you wish to work from, then

  2. Click 'Add +' to enter a new entry for that unit

  3. From this screen you can enter your MCF reading by clicking in the entry box.

  4. Click the 'Save' icon ๐Ÿ’พ - or - press shift + enter to move to the next battery unit.

Continue through each of your Batteries entering and saving each item as needed.

If at any point you'd like to review your data in more detail, simply click the 'Overview' chart button in the top right corner:

Direct Mode on the browser allows users to quickly move through their list of battery items quickly using your mouse to navigate or the keys on your keyboard!
