First, to produce an export for WolfePak, you must be set up for it in the GreaseBook.

That said, you're Unique IDs for each Facility in WolfePak – in the GreaseBook, we call them 'Accounting Identifier' – must be added to each individual Facility.

To do so, simply click Settings on the left sidebar > Facilities on top navigation bar > select Battery to which you'd like to add your Accounting Identifier #.

Now, simply select the pencil icon beside the Facility name:

Finally, scroll down and add your Accounting Identifier 'Unique ID' where it reads 'Accounting Identifier' and click 'Save':

Next, make sure the Wolfepak Plugin is 'Enabled'.

To confirm this, simply click on 'Settings' on left-hand navigation bar > then 'Company' on top navigation bar > then 'Plugins' on secondary top navigation bar:

Now, confirm that WolfePak plugin is listed under beneath 'Enabled Plugins'.

If not, simply find WolfePak plugin under 'Available Plugins' and click 'Connect' on far right side of plugin to enable it:

Now, to run the Wolfepak integration reports, simply click on 'Reports' on left-hand navigation bar > then 'Integrations' across top navigation bar.

Here you'll find our two Wolfepak integration reports:

  1. WolfePak: Production Import

  2. WolfePak: Run Tickets Import

Finally, depending on which kind of data you'd like to export from Greasebook and import to WolfePak, simply:

  1. click the report you'd like then select your 'Time Range'

  2. 'Facilities' (you can select one Facility, multiple Facilities, groups of Facilities, or All Facilities), then either

  3. Download or Send by Email:

From here, you'll now have a production-ready import precisely built to WolfePak's standards enabling you to make quick work of keeping your daily production data in sync with your accounting data.
