As a Green Nation client, your accounts are hosted by Banking Circle in Luxembourg.
Under French tax law, every French tax resident must declare any bank account opened, held, used, or closed abroad during the previous year, even if no transactions occurred on the account.

Name of the institution: Banking Circle S.A. (for Green Nation)
Address: 2 Boulevard de la Foire, L-1528 Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Penalties for Non-Declaration
Failure to comply can result in a minimum fine of €1,500 per undeclared account, rising up to €10,000 if the account is located in a non-cooperative state or territory.
